Sazan Island, Saseno in Italian, is a small island off the coast of Albania, at the entrance to the Bay of Vlorë. It was occupied by Italy in 1914, then ceded to Italy in 1920 and administered as an integral part of the country until 1947, when it was ceded to Albania.

Italian stamps overprinted "SASENO" were issued in 1923.
