The "portillo de Tilimenzo" seems to find no mention on the net outside of this stamp, but there is a village Tilemsoun situated in a gap in a range of hills, in the former Cape Juby territory. I could not find any photos of Tilemsoun, but the Google satellite view seems to match the appearance of the stamp.
